Hipvana ships anywhere in the United States and Canada.

International customers please note: we are not responsible for any additional custom fees initiated by your country upon arrival. All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees. 

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days but may ship sooner. During high volume sales it may take 7-10 Business Days to ship. Thanks for your patience as we make sure all your orders are prepared and packaged flawlessly! Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Due to Covid-19 you may experience some delays in shipping once your order/orders have left Hipvana. If there are any issues please reach out to us. 

Hipvana does not accept cancellations. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.

Please make sure your address is correct upon checking out and before placing your order. Hipvana will not be responsible for shipping to an incorrect address.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns if notified within 3 days of receiving your order! We currently are not accepting exchanges. Please email us at hello@hipvana.com 

Sale items are Final Sale.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
